发布队列使用指南
发布队列是你管理文章全生命周期的中心枢纽。
概览
发布队列（你的默认仪表板视图）显示所有按状态组织的文章。
文章状态
| 状态 | 说明 |
|---|
| 草稿 | 手动创建，尚未处理 |
| 处理中 | AI 流水线正在生成内容 |
| 待审核 | 已生成，等待你的审核 |
| 就绪 | 已批准，可以发布 |
| 已发布 | 已在你的网站上线 |
| 失败 | 生成遇到错误 |
生成文章
- 点击右上角的「生成」
- 从关键词池中选择种子关键词
- 选择文章数量（1-50）
- 点击「开始生成」
- 在队列中监控进度
审核文章
对于「待审核」状态的文章：
- 点击打开完整文章
- 检查内容质量和准确性
- 进行必要的编辑
- 点击「批准」移到就绪状态
- 或「拒绝」退回重新生成
发布
手动发布
- 选择「就绪」状态的文章
- 点击「发布」推送到你的 CMS
批量操作
- 使用复选框选择多篇文章
- 使用「批量批准」或「批量发布」
自动发布
在站点设置中启用，可自动发布已批准的文章。
导出
你可以将文章导出为 Word 文档（.docx），方便离线审核或与团队分享。
Publishing Queue Guide
The Publishing Queue is your central hub for managing the entire article lifecycle from generation to publication.
Overview
The Publishing Queue (your default dashboard view) shows all articles organized by status.
Article Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|
| Draft | Manually created, not yet processed |
| Processing | AI pipeline is generating content |
| Pending Approval | Generated and waiting for your review |
| Ready | Approved and ready to publish |
| Published | Live on your website |
| Failed | Generation encountered an error |
Generating Articles
- Click Generate in the top-right
- Select seed keywords from your keyword pool
- Choose the number of articles (1-50)
- Click Start Generation
- Monitor progress in the queue
Reviewing Articles
For articles in Pending Approval status:
- Click to open the full article
- Review content quality and accuracy
- Edit any sections as needed
- Click Approve to move to Ready status
- Or Reject to send back for regeneration
Publishing
Manual Publishing
- Select articles with Ready status
- Click Publish to push to your CMS
Batch Operations
- Select multiple articles using checkboxes
- Use Batch Approve or Batch Publish
Auto-Publishing
Enable in site settings to automatically publish approved articles on schedule.
Exporting
You can export articles as Word documents (.docx) for offline review or sharing with your team.
